My rating is all about how the album speaks to me, personally. An album may be completely creative, original and wonderful, but if it doesn’t make me want to listen to it again and again, it won’t get a high rating from me. That doesn’t mean I don’t like the album as a work of art, it’s just not one I would pick to listen to.
